Janet's high school teachers encouraged her to pursue engineering in college because she loved math and science. She interned with the Navy in a Civil Engineering Lab Program.
At P&G, she started in manufacturing for Bounty and Charmin products. After 12 years in manufacturing, she transitioned to marketing on brands like Pantene, Olay, and Secret. Today, she leads the P&G Olympic marketing campaign and she travels all over the world to support Olympians and their families during the Olympics. She loves engineering because you get to problem solve and work in a team with others.
